What
is Free Size?
Free Size, in other words, means One-Size-Fits-All. This is possible as most clothing use fabric that stretch. Stretchable fabric usually come with two measurements - before and after the garment is fully stretched.
We usually recommend the best American sizes (Extra Small/Small/Medium/Large) to fit comfortably into the garment. However, to determine accurate fit, we strongly advise you to match the measurements of the garment with your body. Measurements of the garment is found in the product description.

measuring unit do you use?

How
do I measure myself?
Bust:
With a measuring tape, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust,
then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably
loose.
Low Waist: Wrap tape measure about 1 - 2" below your natural waistline.
Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part
of your hips.
Do
you sell larger sizes?
At the moment,
we do not offer any other sizes other than those on sale. However, we
are currently working on bringing in larger sizes. Do sign

I
cannot seem to choose a color/size. Why?
Pick a color before selecting a size. If your preferred color or
size is not listed, it is sold out. If you cannot pick any color, it is
because the item is out of stock.
Do
you restock sold out items?
Depending on demand and availability, AsiaJam.com will restock items
that are sold out. If you are interested in an item that is out of stock,
please contact
AsiaJam.com. We will contact you back if the product is available
for sale again.
Do
you accept returns?
Yes, we do. Terms and conditions apply. Please read our Return

How
do I track my shipment?
Login to your account
to retrieve your international tracking number. Then, wait for 14 days
and utilize your local post's Track & Confirm service together with
your tracking number for detailed results of shipment. For U.S. residents,
kindly logon to USPS
to track your parcel. Please note that AsiaJam.com does not guarantee
tracking facilities in all countries, such as the U.K. In such cases,
kindly contact
AsiaJam.com for assistance.
How
long does it take for my order to arrive?
If you choose to ship using Standard Registered Airmail, it takes
approximately 7 - 21 business days to reach your address. Express Shipping
takes approximately 3 - 5 business days. AsiaJam.com delivers the next
business day upon receiving your order.
Will
you charge sales tax on my order?
AsiaJam.com will not charge you any sales tax on top of your order. However,
you might be required to pay customs and duties before the local customs
release your package. Please inquire at your local customs to familiarize
yourself with the local laws.
I
tried tracking my order but it says the tracking number does not exist
- Why?
You need to wait approximately 14 days before your tracking number
works. Your tracking number starts to work when the package reaches your
country (all packages are shipped from Malaysia).
If you waited 14 days to track your package and the tracking number still
does not exist, don't worry! When this happens, it does not mean your
package is not there - there may be a technical problem with your local
posts' website. Should this happen, contact
AsiaJam immediately and we will try our best to trace your package and
get it delivered to you as soon as possible. If it does not arrive within
the expected timeframe (please give more time during festive seasons like
Christmas), we will redeliver your order or issue a full refund at your
request.
The
status of my order reads 'Awaiting Paypal Payment' / 'Awaiting Credit
Card Payment'. What does this mean?
If you checked-out
but did not make payment when you were redirected to a payment page, our
Order History will log this incomplete transaction as 'Awaiting Paypal
Payment' or 'Awaiting Credit Card Payment'. Rest assured, your Paypal
account or credit card has not been charged and it will not affect
your subsequent orders.
How
do I care for my items?
In
order to increase the longevity and maintain the appearance of your garments,
all clothing items should be hand washed with gentle laundry soap. Wash
with like colors as color may bleed. Please avoid using bleach as bleach
is very harsh on fabric and will cause fibers to breakdown. It is best
to hang clothing to air dry.
Why
is my item labelled a different size than the one I ordered?
All sizes recommended in Asiajam.com have been adjusted to Western
sizing. Check measurements provided to be sure of fit. When
you receive your item, sizes may differ on the label attached to the garment
as they are true to Asian sizing. Asian sizing run smaller than the Western.
Rest assured, despite the slight variance, the measurements of the garments
are the same.
Why
do I keep being prompted to log in?
AOL and Windows 2000 users frequently experience this problem. So if you
currently use AOL or Windows 2000, kindly try switching to Internet Explorer
or Windows XP and try again.
If you're using a proxy to connect to the internet (usually in universities
and cyber cafes), there may be problems accessing our website. Please
try accessing our website through a different computer as most of the
time, the problem will no longer persist.
Lastly, please set your web browser to allow cookies. As the system detects
your login status by your cookies, the system must be able to store your
session into the computer in order to create a new session. If you are
using Internet Explorer, go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy.
Set to Medium or Medium High and click 'Apply' and 'OK'. For other web
browsers, this setting is also usually available in your Internet Privacy
settings.
