ships internationally. Flat-rate shipping applies to anywhere in the world.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the total purchase value. We offer
two types of shipping methods: Standard Registered Airmail and Express
Shipping. Both shipping methods include online tracking, insurance and
delivery confirmation to ensure your parcel is secure.
When
do we ship orders?
All orders (except consignment products) are shipped within 48 hours*
from Malaysia using Pos Malaysia. *Except
weekends & public
holidays.
Consignment
products take 7 to 10 business days to ship. One order is entitled to
one shipment unless notified. This means, if you purchase non-consignment
and consignment products in a single order, we will ship your order once
all the products are ready to be shipped.
What
are 'Consignment Products'?
Non-AsiaJam brands such as Lemon Cookie and Sechuna are consignment
products. Consignment products are not readily in stock. They need to
be
pre-ordered from these brands.
'Pending
Shipment' Status
If your order status is 'Pending Shipment', it means your order contains
a consignment product. Since consignment products need to be pre-ordered,
they take approximately 7 to 10 business days to ship.
Tracking
Your Shipment
Tracking numbers are provided within 48 hours after shipment. Login
to your account to retrieve your tracking number. Then, wait for
about 10 days and utilize your local post's Track & Confirm service together
with your tracking number for detailed results of shipment. For U.S. residents,
kindly logon to USPS.com to track your
parcel. Please note that AsiaJam.com does not guarantee tracking facilities
in all countries, such as the U.K.
Custom,
Duties, Tax
AsiaJam.com will not charge you any sales, customs or duty tax
on top of your order. However, you might be required to pay customs and
duties before the local customs release your package. Please enquire at
your local customs to familiarize yourself with the local laws.
